Zach is a Vice President at Dark Alpha Capital, an investment firm focused on acquiring private companies across the lower middle market having $1,000,000 plus of EBITDA. Zach is responsible for leading the firm’s capital markets efforts, including financing activities of all new investments and portfolio companies, as well as developing and managing banking and intermediary relationships.
