Bio
Santanu Roymoulik is Managing Director at Dark Alpha Capital, bringing over 15 years of operational transaction advisory and corporate development experience across technology, media, telecom, financial services, consumer goods, industrials, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, professional services, and retail sectors. He has advised on more than 50 transactions ranging from $20M to $30B globally, providing strategic insight and operational expertise to both private equity and corporate clients.
Prior to joining Dark Alpha Capital, Santanu founded and led SVIS LLC, a technology-focused middle-market M&A advisory firm, and held senior corporate development and business transformation roles in software and management consulting. He has extensive experience in operational due diligence, synergy capture, performance improvement, and transaction execution across complex international deals.
Santanu is recognized for combining analytical rigor with hands-on execution, helping portfolio companies optimize operations, drive value creation, and execute transformative growth strategies.
