About Santanu Roymoulik

Santanu Roymoulik is a strategic investment executive and technology M&A leader with more than 20 years of experience across private equity, AI-enabled dealmaking, and corporate development. As Managing Director at Dark Alpha Capital, he leads acquisitions in technology platforms, overseeing origination, diligence, valuation, and syndication with family offices, venture funds, and strategic acquirers. Santanu advises portfolio companies on operational KPIs, capital strategy, and business model expansion, while structuring creative pathways for value realization, including earn-outs and public-market options. Previously, he was a Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, where he led integration and separation programs for transactions up to $30 billion across financial services, SaaS, telecom, aviation, and media. His earlier experience includes corporate development at PTC and advisory roles supporting operational diligence and cross-border M&A for PE-backed and mid-market companies.
