With over 30 years of leadership experience, he brings a unique blend of operational expertise and healthcare innovation to the firm’s investment team.
Before joining Dark Alpha Capital, Reginald served as CEO of multiple senior living and healthcare organizations, including Oakwood Lutheran Senior Ministries and Larksfield Place Retirement Communities. He also founded H2 Healthcare, a nationally recognized consultancy specializing in health policy, compliance, capital development, and M&A. Over his career, he has overseen more than $1B in financings, launched new service lines across healthcare organizations, and advised clients on transactions exceeding $200M in value.
Reginald differentiates himself through his ability to integrate healthcare delivery, finance, and technology.
