Peaches Goodie serves as Vice President of Origination and Mergers & Acquisitions at Dark Alpha Capital, where she leads deal sourcing, relationship development, and early-stage transaction strategy across the firm’s private market investments. In this role, she is responsible for building proprietary deal flow, cultivating relationships with founders, intermediaries, and capital partners, and advancing acquisition opportunities aligned with Dark Alpha’s growth and value-creation mandate.

With over 20 years of cross-industry leadership experience, Peaches brings a distinctive perspective to origination and M&A, bridging healthcare, real estate, finance, and strategic operations. Her background spans senior business development leadership, capital strategy, investor relations, and regulated-industry compliance, enabling her to evaluate opportunities with both commercial rigor and operational insight.

Peaches is known for her ability to identify high-quality opportunities, establish trusted relationships, and guide transactions from initial engagement through diligence and execution. She works closely with executive leadership to assess strategic fit, risk profile, and long-term value creation potential for platform acquisitions and add-on investments.

In addition to her role at Dark Alpha Capital, Peaches has held senior leadership positions in real estate development, structured finance, and strategic advisory. She is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with deep experience in capital structuring and real estate finance.

Peaches holds an MBA from Jackson State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a foundation that further informs her disciplined, analytical, and relationship-driven approach to deal origination and market expansion.
