Bio

Daniel J. Consigli is a senior finance executive and private equity leader with more than 20 years of management experience across financial services, private equity, and corporate advisory. He brings to Dark Alpha Capital a strong track record in guiding firms through complex financial, operational, and governance challenges.

Daniel is the Founder & CEO of Pilus Capital, a capital advisory and private equity platform focused on fund structuring, compliance governance, investor relations, and growth strategies for family offices and institutional partners. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Partner at Black Dragon Capital, where he managed buy- and sell-side transactions, oversaw portfolio companies at the C-suite level, and built scalable operational frameworks to support investment growth.

His career includes senior finance and operations leadership at Luminex Trading & Analytics, IDB Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Pioneer Investments, and Fidelity Investments. Across these institutions, he built expertise in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, investor relations, and global strategy.

In recognition of his leadership and contributions, Daniel was named an Honored Listee in Marquis Who’s Who (2024–2029). He also holds a FINRA Series 27 FinOps Principal license (expired 2017), underscoring his background in regulatory and compliance oversight.
