About Phil Reid

Phil Reid is an operations and supply chain executive with more than 20 years of experience leading multi-site manufacturing organizations, driving large-scale business transformations, and delivering significant EBITDA and performance improvement. Most recently as Senior Vice President of Strategic Sourcing for Varsity Brands, he built the corporation’s first enterprise-wide sourcing organization, managing $1 billion in spend and generating more than $38 million in run-rate EBITDA savings while strengthening supply chain resilience and advancing IPO readiness. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Herff Jones, he directed manufacturing, quality, safety, procurement, and S&OP across five facilities, achieving 98.5 percent on-time delivery, reducing safety and quality incidents, and implementing standardized operational metrics. Phil has also led plant turnarounds, ERP and transformation initiatives, and Lean Six Sigma programs that delivered multimillion-dollar cost reductions. His career reflects a consistent ability to elevate operational maturity, restructure supply chains, and build high-performing organizations.
