Patrick Clarke is a turnaround and operational transformation executive with more than 30 years of experience restoring profitability, driving large-scale restructurings, and leading post-acquisition integrations across manufacturing, industrial, and transportation sectors. As CEO of LionHeart Consulting, he has partnered with major banks and private equity sponsors to stabilize distressed assets, improve cash flow, and execute performance-improvement programs for companies ranging from Fortune 500 divisions to mid-market manufacturers. His engagements include consolidating operations for the nation’s largest natural-gas tank manufacturer, redesigning production for a major automotive tubing company to achieve a 20 percent output increase and 50 percent cost reduction, and preserving stakeholder value for one of the country’s largest envelope manufacturers through a strategic asset sale and debt resolution. Earlier, as Chairman and CEO of Lionheart Industries, Patrick scaled the business from one facility to an 11-unit foundry group with $80 million in revenue. He began his career as a corporate officer at Figgie International, leading multiple divisions through turnarounds, culture change, and sustained profit improvement.
