Prior to joining Dark Alpha, Monica built her career at the intersection of clinical care and technology. She began as a registered nurse before moving into leadership roles across Europe and Asia, where she led large-scale technology deployments, managed multimillion-pound client portfolios, and established high-performing customer success functions. Her experience includes spearheading the adoption of AI- and IoT-enabled remote monitoring platforms, leading digital transformation initiatives in national healthcare systems, and guiding healthtech startups through post-acquisition integration and international expansion.
