Keith Mahosky is a business development and M&A leader with extensive experience in the engineering, energy, construction, and environmental sectors. As President of Mahosky Consulting Services, he advises U.S. and Canadian clients on market strategy, business framework optimization, and acquisition opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.
Previously, Keith held senior roles at Westinghouse Electric Company, Penhall Company, JG Management Systems, and Enercon Services, leading strategic planning, financial management, and M&A initiatives. His work delivered measurable results, including nearly 40% growth at Westinghouse’s North American business and a tenfold revenue increase at Enercon Services. He also served as an ESOP trustee and guided post-merger integrations, balancing financial performance with governance.
