About Keith Mahosky

Keith Mahosky is an executive leader with deep experience in M&A strategy, operational transformation, and growth planning across the energy, environmental, and industrial services sectors. He has led transactions ranging from $5 million to $1.2 billion, guiding both buy-side and sell-side initiatives through diligence, negotiation, and integration. As President of Mahosky Consulting Services, he advises U.S. and Canadian clients on strategic acquisitions, including a recent $5 million nuclear services deal and diligence on two additional targets up to $25 million. Previously, as Director at Westinghouse Electric Company, he partnered with Brookfield to shape acquisition strategy during a major recapitalization. Earlier, at Enercon Services, he helped drive revenue growth from $4 million to $124 million and executed two acquisitions that significantly increased shareholder value. He also held senior roles at Penhall and JGMS and served as a U.S. Navy Reserve Captain.
