Over a career spanning Fortune 500 companies, private equity–backed businesses, and entrepreneurial ventures, he has held full P&L responsibility for $100 million–plus operations and led teams of 300 or more across automotive, heavy equipment, plastics, metals, and advanced automation sectors. As Founder and Principal of ENDURO Technical Services, he built the company from startup to $9.5 million in revenue within two years, serving 50+ industrial sites nationwide. Previously, as CEO of QLS, he delivered 78 percent sales growth and 67 percent EBITDA expansion while launching new sites, upgrading ERP/CRM systems, and expanding into new market segments.
