Bio

Irfan Khalid is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience leading innovation, sales growth, and profitability across Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial ventures. At Dark Alpha Capital, he brings deep expertise in aerospace, automotive, electronics, and software, advising on strategy, operations, and growth initiatives for portfolio companies.

Irfan has held senior leadership roles at GE Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, Textron, CAE, and Dual Electronics, where he drove multi-billion-dollar programs and global expansion initiatives. His achievements include securing over $10 billion in engine and maintenance orders for GE Aerospace in the Middle East, leading the $180 million avionics program for China’s COMAC C919, and achieving fourfold EBIT growth at CAE’s Asia-Pacific business unit. He has overseen P&L management exceeding $1 billion, directed cross-functional teams of more than 1,000 employees, and served on multiple joint venture boards, consistently delivering growth and operational excellence.
