Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dynamic charts, scenario/sensitivity analysis, macros/VBA a plus).
  2. Valuation Techniques Perform in-depth valuation analyses using DCF, market multiples, precedent transactions, and other core methods to support investment decisions and memo preparation.
  3. Presentation & Documentation Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for investment committee materials, teasers, CIMs, and investor updates. Prepare clear, professional written deliverables including investment memos, diligence reports, management summaries, and client/investor communications using Microsoft Word.
  4. Additional Support Assist with deal sourcing screening, due diligence coordination, portfolio monitoring, and ad-hoc analytical projects. Collaborate closely with senior team members, operating partners, and external advisors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong academic record (GPA 3.5+/4.0 preferred; flexibility for exceptional candidates).
  • Relevant coursework or knowledge in financial modeling, corporate finance, M&A, valuation, accounting, or econometrics highly beneficial.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Prior internships in finance, PE/VC, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development a plus but not required.

Compensation

  • Success-fee-based structure (no base salary or guaranteed minimum).
  • Performance incentives tied to attributable deal milestones (e.g., signed debt/equity commitments or closed transactions).
  • Flexible remote work, professional development support, and significant career growth potential for high performers.

This role provides broad exposure to private equity deal-making in a lean, entrepreneurial independent sponsor model with direct impact on transaction success.
