We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain automation systems that improve operational efficiency, enhance data workflows, and support scalable growth.
Role Overview
The Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing automation workflows across CRM platforms, marketing tools, and internal systems. This role will ensure seamless data flow, improve process efficiency, and help build a scalable, reliable automation infrastructure supporting the firm’s go-to-market and investment operations.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Automation & Workflow Management
- Configure, optimize, and maintain CRM systems (Bitrix24, HubSpot, or similar).
- Design and implement automated workflows for lead routing, follow-ups, and data enrichment.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pipeline performance and operational metrics.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, integrity, and usability.
Systems Integration & Process Automation
- Integrate systems using automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, or custom API solutions.
- Connect and synchronize tools including Google Workspace, Smartlead.ai, AWS SES, and webform platforms.
- Automate data transfers between CRM systems, spreadsheets, and external applications.
- Implement triggers and automation processes to streamline marketing, sourcing, and investor workflows.
Data Management & Infrastructure
- Build and maintain structured data pipelines across multiple platforms.
- Ensure proper configuration of email infrastructure (SMTP, IMAP, domain authentication).
- Create dashboards to track campaign performance, deal flow, and engagement metrics.
- Maintain organized and reliable data architecture.
System Reliability, Security & Maintenance
- Implement access controls, data validation, and audit logs.
- Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Ensure system stability, scalability, and operational reliability.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for workflows and integrations.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Experience with automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Monday.com, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and REST integrations.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar (preferred).
- Experience with Google Workspace integrations and cloud-based tools.
- Understanding of marketing automation and email infrastructure setup.

- Schedule: 15–25 hours per week (flexible, scalable based on performance)
